COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers take precautionary measures to ensure their driver’s and customers’ health and well-being.
Please be assured that all our carriers follow the government’s advice and guidelines and that everyone’s safety is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage. However, we encourage all customers to use their home addresses for delivery.
All carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel delivered.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders greater than $49,99 ship worldwide for free. For orders under this, the following rates apply:

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us directly with your name and order number, we will correct any mistakes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivering the product. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the entire order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us directly with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy
