Refund and Returns Policy

What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30-day timeframe, please contact us directly.
The order number must be provided to place a return and will refund you in full to your original form of payment (The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging). Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Due to the bespoke nature of some of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
Return and Exchange Costs
Organizing return shipping and all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs, duties, and applicable taxes, are your responsibility. Under no circumstances do we pay for return shipping or any fees related to it. Including scenarios where, for whatever reason, your return shipment fails to reach us and/or is returned to your address.
Ineligible Returns and Expenses Not Covered
We do not accept returns for products that:
- We’re not purchased on our Website.
- We cannot resell for sanitary reasons.
- Show any signs of having been used.
- Do not have the original packaging in a resealable condition.
- We would not accept returns or exchanges unless you were the original purchaser of the products from us.
- You may be asked to provide, and you agree to provide, photos evidencing the condition of your products and the packaging before returning them to us.
What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
Within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Before returning any products to us, you should request a return in your Mini Top Shop account or by clicking on view order details in your order confirmation email. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with our return shipping address within 24 hours.
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the return shipping address and affix the appropriate amount of postage. You should prominently display the order number on the shipping label in the box(s) containing your returned product(s).
- Ship package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
My Product was Damaged on Arrival
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact us directly.
Save the merchandise in the original box and packaging it arrived in, and notify us immediately, and in any event, within two (2) business days, to arrange for returning the product to us.
You must also take photos of the package on arrival and email them to us. If you fail to notify us of visibly damaged or tampered with shipments within the first two (2) business days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us directly, and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item and whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds, if granted, will be credited to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price, less any shipping charges or other charges following this policy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide your refund payment to any other payment method besides the one you used to place your order.
If more than seven (10) business days pass from the time you returned your product(s) and you have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
In some circumstances, you may elect to exchange your product rather than seek a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To assist you with the determination, please contact us directly.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How can I cancel my order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order within 1 hour:
- Directly in your Mini Top Shop account, then click on the orders
- From your confirmation email by clicking on Click to view order details.
If it’s been longer than 1 hour, please contact us directly, and we’ll help find an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order. Can I resume it?
If you’ve canceled your order on the website and want to receive your order, after all, placing a new order at checkout is the best way to do so. please contact us directly if you have any questions.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
You’ll receive an email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, please contact us directly (including your order number), and we’ll take a look.
